This presentation will provide essential does & don’ts as it relates to special education law.  Additionally, the presentation will provide an overview of key components of the Individual with Disability Act (IDEA) that must be adhered to by school districts to remain compliant.  Moreover, the presentation provides foundational knowledge of the process and procedures that need to be followed while supporting students with disabilities (SWDs) in the educational setting.
